Job summary

Apple is seeking a Graduate Project Manager to support Wallet and Payment programs in Ireland, focusing on delivering cross-functional projects and maintaining program health. Based in Cork, you will gain exposure to global launches and the customer experience.

This 23-month program targets graduates with a 2:1 honours degree (BIS, BComm, Commerce or similar) and starts between June and mid-August 2027; applications close 30 October 2026.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:1 honours degree in BIS, BComm, Commerce, or similar qualification.
• Strong customer experience focus and sense of urgency.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to use data and KPIs to identify needs and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Involved in the design, management and execution of key projects and initiatives.
• Work cross functionally with internal partners to develop meaningful and long-lasting relationships.
• Identify risks / bottlenecks and take ownership to resolve; initiate corrective action.
• Evaluate current business processes and identify opportunities to improve.
• Strive to ensure each customer experience exceeds expectations.
