Job summary

Aureol Global Connections is seeking a highly motivated MEICA Project Manager to lead MEICA projects across mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, control and automation sectors. You will plan, execute and finalize projects within strict deadlines and budget, coordinating engineers, technicians and subcontractors while liaising with stakeholders to ensure milestones are achieved.

From a strong PM background, you will ensure technical specifications, safety and quality standards are met,

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, PM, or related field
  • Proven experience managing MEICA projects
  • Strong knowledge of PM principles and methodologies
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement
  • Proficiency with MS Project and Primavera
  • Certifications in PMP or PRINCE2 are advantageous

Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed project plans outlining scope, timelines and resources for MEICA projects
  • Lead project teams to deliver on time and within budget
  • Coordinate with clients, stakeholders and internal teams for aligned goals
  • Monitor progress and adjust to meet targets
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans
  • Oversee procurement of materials and equipment

As the MEICA Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. You will oversee the project lifecycle, ensuring technical specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations are met. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, as you will be coordinating teams of engineers, technicians, and subcontractors, while also liaising with stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved.   • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing MEICA projects, with a strong track record of successful delivery.
  • In-depth knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
  • Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) will be an advantage.
