Job summary

ICDS Group in Limerick is seeking a Project Manager to lead a newbuild apartment scheme valued at c. €10m. You will be No.1 on site, report to the Contracts Manager and manage day-to-day on-site delivery from start to finish.

Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and quality, and maintaining client liaison on residential developments across Ireland. A strong track record in Irish construction is essential.

Qualifications

Proven experience working in Irish construction
Background with a main contractor or subcontractor
Strong residential experience (apartments preferred)
Will consider Site Managers / Foreman

€90,000 - €95,000 + Bonus + Pension + Healthcare

An established property developer with operations across Ireland and Europe is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to lead a newbuild apartment scheme valued at c. €10m. They have several projects within the Limerick region and are constantly expanding their portfolio.

The business delivers predominantly residential and mixed use developments and is known for running well organised sites, looking after their people, and maintaining a strong, down to earth site culture.
