Jobtailor in Ireland is seeking a seasoned Chief of Staff/PMO professional to partner with the CEO, shaping strategic priorities and driving key cross-functional initiatives. You will oversee project delivery, plan development, and performance tracking while coordinating leadership rhythms and annual plans.

The role requires 5+ years in PM/strategy roles, strong communication, and experience in regulated international settings.

Formación

• Degree-level qualification in business, engineering, sciences, technology or equivalent.
• Recognised project or programme management qualification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, or equivalent).
• 5+ years of experience in project or programme management, strategy, consulting, chief-of-staff roles, or senior business support.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects to plan on budget and to strict deadlines.
• Experience supporting or working directly with a CEO, senior leadership team or Board is strongly desirable.
• Experience in consumer health, medtech, pharmaceuticals, FMCG or another regulated international commercial environment is desirable.

• 5+ years of experience in project or programme management, strategy, consulting, chief-of-staff roles, or senior business support.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects to plan on budget and to strict deadlines.
• Experience supporting or working directly with a CEO, senior leadership team or Board is strongly desirable.
• Experience in consumer health, medtech, pharmaceuticals, FMCG or another regulated international commercial environment is desirable.
