Job Title – Project Manager

Project – Commercial Project

Job Location - Dublin

Salary – €70,000- €80,000

About the Company

This company is a Leading Irish building contractor with a positive reputation for delivering high value and high-quality projects. This contractor works on projects upwards of €40 million, which would be excellent to add to CV. Opportunity for progression for a more senior role in the company down the line.

The Role

• Site Management of projects in compliance with company policies and PCL Quality Management System.
• Manage coordination of projects, to meet programme and ensure hand over of project.
• Direct and Manage PCL direct personnel, site staff and subcontractors.
• Monitor construction to ensure quality of work and coordinate and liaise with Contracts Manager, Site Engineers and Service Coordinators to ensure all personnel have accurate and timely information.
• Ensure the general site, compound and boundaries are set up and maintained in good condition throughout the project.

Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years’ proven experience in commercial contracting.
• Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines.
• Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint with Excellent IT skills.
