Job summary

BnM’s Graduate PMO role supports the delivery of large-scale renewable energy infrastructure projects from development through to operation. Working under Senior Project Managers, the role helps ensure projects are delivered in line with schedules, budgets, and governance requirements.

The role involves maintaining project documentation, tracking milestones, preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and supporting best-practice project management methodologies across multi-geographical teams.

Qualifications

• Third-level degree in Engineering, Business, Science, or Project Management.
• Excellent technical appraisal, report writing and communications skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Desirable: Understanding of project management practices, principles, theories and concepts.
• The power generation sector and emerging technologies.
• Experience in energy industry.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects and develop PM plans in scope, schedule, cost, quality, resource, communications, risk, procurement and stakeholder management.
• Coordinate project communications, prepare meetings, reports and presentations; administer the document management system and transfer project information across teams.
• Support procurement of goods/services per policy; prepare purchase requisitions and monitor project spend.
• Engage with internal/external parties to ensure flow of information and delivery; assist with approvals, licences and permits and knowledge transfer.
• Participate in Health & Safety provisions; contribute toPerformance Management to meet team objectives.

By providing accurate reporting, timely updates, and effective coordination across project teams, the role enables Project Managers to focus on strategic priorities while contributing to improved project outcomes, governance compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction.

The main duties and responsibilities of the role will include the following:

• Work with the project team and support the successful delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects. Assist in the development of project management plans in the areas of scope, schedule, cost, quality, resource, communications, risk, procurement and stakeholder management.
• Co-ordinate project communications including the preparation of meetings, reports and presentations. Administer the document management system and co-ordinate the transfer of project information across a diverse and multi-geographical project team. Utilise the online document control software to distribute and monitor documents for approval and ensure satisfactory revision control is maintained.
• Support in the procurement of all goods and services required by the project in accordance with company policy and legislative requirements. Prepare purchase order requisitions, co-ordinate the review of service contracts and monitor project spend.
• Engage with parties both internally and externally to ensure the flow of information and delivery of work between the parties. Support delivery of approvals, licences and permits and ensure associated documentation, files, registers and other records are maintained. Assist in knowledge transfer across the BnM team.

• Proactively participate in the Performance Management process to ensure delivery of own, and the wider team's objectives.

What we're looking for:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualification, skills, knowledge, and attributes:

• Third-level degree in Engineering, Business, Science, Project Management or a related discipline (Master's degree advantageous).
• Excellent technical appraisal, report writing and communications skills essential.
• Proficient in the use of MS Office.
• Desirable: Understanding of Project management practices, principles, theories and concepts.
