Global Professional Consultants is seeking an experienced Architect or Senior Architectural Technologist to lead multiple medium to large residential, mixed-use, and commercial projects from concept through completion in Offaly, Ireland. The role requires strong client liaison, team leadership, and proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• 8+ years architecture experience
• Residential project experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of Irish Building Regulations and Planning Regulations
• Excellent client liaison and team management skills

• Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills
• Full permission to work in Ireland (essential)

Project Lead - Architect OR Senior Architectural Technologist

A busy and well‑established architectural design studio in Offaly is seeking an experienced Project Lead to join their growing team. The ideal Architectural professional will be an experienced Architect or Senior Architectural Technologist with excellent technical skills and proven success delivering medium/largescale projects.

This practice is recognised across the Irish market for delivering high‑quality residential, mixed‑use, and commercial developments nationwide. You’ll be joining a collaborative team and taking the lead on multiple projects managing them through to completion.

This opportunity is ideal for a motivated Architect or Senior Architectural Technologist who is looking to step up in their career, or someone who is seeking a progressive opportunity outside Dublin within a supportive environment known for long‑term career growth.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• RIAI / RIBA Registered Architect or Senior Architectural Technologist
• Ideally 8 years+ architecture experience
• Proven success managing medium-largescale projects
• Residential project experience is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of Irish Building Regulations and Planning Regulations (essential)
• Excellent client liaison and team management skills
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is desired – (Revit training can be provided)
• Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills
• Full permission to work in Ireland (essential)
