Job summary

Sanmina in Ireland is seeking a Programs Graduate to join the Programs Department. You will support order and forecast processing, maintain the supply commit process, and assist on administration tasks for the account.

Ideal candidates have QQI Level 7/8 in business or related field, solid Excel skills, and attention to detail. This is an entry‑level role offering exposure to project management and customer service within a regulated manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• QQI Level 7/8 degree in business or related discipline.
• Some customer service or sales experience is an advantage.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Previous administration experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Booking Requests & Invoice Requests.
• Non - Recurring costs.
• Free issue material procurement.
• Commercial Claims.
• Return Material Authorisation.
• Shipping administration including all related documentation.
• Customer Queries.
• Material Requirements Planning Schedule.
• Ensure backlog accuracy and resolve discrepancies with Program Management.
• Work to strict deadlines for timely material procurement and accuracy.
• Documentation Control – Accurate control of all Sales / Forecast packs and loading.
