The Rehab Group in Stillorgan, Co Dublin, is seeking a Programme Facilitator. You will coordinate person-centred programmes, support service users with independent living skills, and help with community integration in a 39-hour-per-week role.
The role requires QQI Level 5 in Social Care or equivalent, with a third-level health/social care background desirable. A full driving licence is helpful. Salary starts at €16.38–€17.23 per hour with progression up to €17.71, depending on experience.

Reporting to the Community Service Manager through the Programmes Supervisor, the post holder will facilitate service users in their choices, developing programmes within the context of a person centred model of service delivery. The programmes may include independent living, personal development and occupational and leisure activities, within the context of a quality of life model.

€16.38– €17.23 per hour (Points 1–5 of the scale), based on qualifications and experience. The 12-point salary scale provides annual progression opportunities up to €17.71 per hour.
