The Rehab Group in Kilkenny is seeking a Programme Supervisor to promote independent living and community integration, based in a large Resource Centre. You will supervise staff and assist the Manager in delivering high-quality, person-centred services to service users across locations as needed.
The role requires QQI Level 6 in health and social care or equivalent, and experience with adults with disabilities. A driving licence is preferable; travel across locations may be required.

The purpose of the job is to promote and support independent living and community integration personal development and work opportunities for service users. The role will be based in a large Resource Centre. To supervise staff and to assist the Manager in the development, implementation and delivery of quality customer focused and cost effective community services to service users at an appropriate time and setting. This includes the provision of individual programme’s and activities to meet the needs, choices and abilities of service users in line with the HSE New Directions policy and guidelines. The role may require travel across locations and county.
We offer a competitive starting salary of €19.68- €22.80 per Hour (Points 1-5 of the scale), based on qualifications and experience. The 12-point salary scale provides annual progression opportunities up to €28.26 per Hour.
