Job summary

Nicholas O’Dwyer Ltd is seeking a Project/Programme Manager to lead the planning, procurement and delivery of an asbestos surveying programme across a diverse asset portfolio. You will coordinate activities with Operations teams, technical specialists, consultants and contractors to ensure surveying is planned, organised and delivered effectively.

While knowledge of asbestos management is beneficial, the role focuses on programme management, procurement, stakeholder coordination and delivery

Qualifications

Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Construction, PM, QS, or related discipline.
Experience managing projects, programmes, or contracts within infrastructure sectors.
Experience preparing tender documents and procurement packages.
Strong organisational and coordination skills across multiple teams.
Knowledge of NEC/NEC4 contracts is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Support planning, coordination and delivery of a surveying programme across a diverse asset portfolio.
Coordinate with Operations, technical specialists, consultants and contractors.
Prepare tender and procurement documentation and contracts.
Define technical requirements with SMEs for procurement.
Monitor programme budgets, schedules and deliverables.
Manage programme reporting and stakeholder communications.
Assist with risk identification and controls.
Coordinate mobilisation, planning and execution of survey activities.
Manage programme information and data.
