Job summary

Sherpa Kids in Ireland is seeking a Programme Lead to manage a team and deliver after-school and holiday club activities at local schools. This role is on-site with flexible part-time hours aligned to school schedules.

You will supervise daily activities, engage with children and families, and work closely with staff to ensure safe, fun, and structured programmes. Must have childcare qualifications and a valid Garda vetting process.

Qualifications

• Experience working with School Aged children (Minimum 1 Year)
• Childcare qualification FETAC Level 5 or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of child development
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
• Garda vetting is essential (completed by us after interview stage)
• Work Permit/VISA essential
• At least 2 written references checks are required before starting
• Own car required for programme lead
