Job summary

Sherpa Kids in Ireland offers Before School, After School, and Holiday Club programmes at partner schools, delivering fun, structured activities on-site for national-aged children.

As a team member, you will supervise children, assist with homework, and lead engaging activities while maintaining a safe, inclusive environment. Garda vetting and two written references are required.

Qualifications

• Experience working with school-aged children (minimum 1 year).
• Basic knowledge of child development.
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
• Garda vetting is essential (completed by us after interview).
• At least 2 written references checks are required before starting.

Job Description

Supervise children during activities and free play

Assistwith homework and educational tasks

Engaging in a variety of planned activities (both indoor and outdoor) with the children each day.

Lots of energy and enthusiasm to work with children.

Assistwith games, crafts, and group activities

Ensure a safe, clean, and inclusive environment

Qualifications
