Job summary

Sherpa Kids operates in Ireland providing Before School, After School, and Holiday Clubs at local schools. Programs are designed to meet national age groups with on-site activities that are fun, structured, and engaging for children.

Roles involve supervising children, assisting with homework, and delivering a range of indoor and outdoor activities with energy and care to ensure safety, inclusion, and positive family support.

Qualifications

• Experience working with school-aged children (minimum 1 year).
• Basic knowledge of child development.
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Supervise children during activities and free play.
• Assist with homework and educational tasks.

• Bring energy and enthusiasm to work with children.

Job Description

Supervise children during activities and free play

Assistwith homework and educational tasks

Engaging in a variety of planned activities (both indoor and outdoor) with the children each day.

Lots of energy and enthusiasm to work with children.

Assistwith games, crafts, and group activities

Ensure a safe, clean, and inclusive environment

Qualifications

Experience working with School Aged children (Minimum 1 Year)

Basic knowledge of child development

Proficiencyin English, both verbal and written

Garda vetting is essential (completed by us after interview stage).

At least 2 written references checks arerequiredbefore starting
