Job summary

Google Dublin, Ireland is seeking a Share Program Manager for Server Operations to lead complex, multi-disciplinary programs across data center operations. You will plan requirements, manage schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners to keep initiatives on track.

The role focuses on driving end-to-end programs, coordinating teams across offices and time zones, and delivering scalable solutions that enhance data center velocity and reliability.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects focused on enabling Google's data center teams to operate at scale.
• Run the gamut of responsibility from headcount and hiring planning, to ushering complex projects through the entire lifecycle.
• Oversee projects as they often span offices, time zones and hemispheres, requiring you to keep all players coordinated on progress and deadlines to ultimately enable Google's data center operations teams.
• Manage project schedules, proactively identify risks to on-time delivery, and clearly communicate goals and status to key stakeholders.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

MBA or Master's degree in a technical field, or 5 years of experience in supply chain or large-scale operations

2 years of experience in program or project management, leading multi-disciplinary projects

Experience in creating visual presentations

Experience in project management and communications

Experience in customer service and working with technical management teams
