Job summary

Vertiv Ireland in Letterkenny seeks a Mechanical & Electrical Trainer to develop our production workforce. You will design and deliver training to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency, supporting ISO standards and continuous improvement.

You will maintain auditable records, update training as new products and processes evolve, and coach colleagues at all levels to build confidence and capability across mechanical and electrical assembly of power distribution and control systems.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coach employees at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programmes tailored to production needs across mechanical and electrical assembly of power distribution and control systems.
• Provide training using effective methods including 1:1 sessions, group workshops, video materials, and toolbox talks.
• Maintain alignment of training with safety, quality, and ISO accreditation requirements.
