Job summary

Vertiv Ireland is seeking a Mechanical & Electrical Trainer to develop our production employees and ensure they are equipped to perform safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

You will design and deliver engaging training across mechanical and electrical assembly of power distribution and control systems, maintain auditable records, and align training with safety, quality, and engineering standards to support continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programmes tailored to production needs across mechanical and electrical assembly of power distribution and control systems.
• Provide training using the most effective methods; including 1:1 session, group workshops, video materials, and toolbox talks.
• Maintain alignment of all training with safety, quality, and engineering standards, including ISO accreditation requirements.
• Keep comprehensive and auditable training records for all employees.
• Ensure training evolves alongside new products, updated processes, and engineering changes.
• Share best practices by collaborating internally and externally, while keeping your own skills and knowledge up to date.
• Identify and report any anomalies in processes, materials, or skills during the training process

Key responsibilities

As the Mechanical & Electrical Trainer, you will:

• Design and deliver training programmes tailored to production needs across mechanical and electrical assembly of power distribution and control systems.
