Job summary

Natus Medical Incorporated is seeking a Production Technician in Gort, Co. Galway to join a fast-paced manufacturing team building high-quality medical diagnostic systems.

You will assemble, configure and test devices, follow schedules, maintain quality records, and collaborate with Engineering on process improvements. A hands-on technician with 3–5 years in manufacturing and strong attention to detail will thrive here.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or production environment.
• Experience building, configuring, or testing technical products or medical devices.
• Strong mechanical assembly skills, including wiring, soldering, or hand assembly experience.
• Good working knowledge of quality systems and manufacturing standards (GMP/GDP desirable).
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or JDE is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, configure, and test medical diagnostic devices and systems.
• Process materials and work orders accurately and efficiently.
• Follow production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet delivery targets.
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
• Work closely with Engineering and Manufacturing teams on process improvements and new product introductions.
• Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Working Hours: Day Shift

• Monday to Thursday: 7:00am - 4:00pm
• Friday: 7:00am - 12:00pm

As a Production Technician, you will be responsible for the assembly, configuration, and testing of advanced medical devices, helping to ensure products meet the highest quality and regulatory standards before reaching customers.

What You'll Be Doing
