Job summary

Charles River is seeking a Production Operator to join our Rathcoole site in Dublin. This full-time role operates Monday to Friday 08:30 to 16:30, with occasional early finish on Fridays, totaling 37.5 hours per week.

An ideal candidate will have a vehicle or live nearby to access the D24 area. You will work on-site following SOPs, perform kitting and SAP transactions, maintain clean work areas, and coordinate with Planning and Logistics to ensure all production tasks are completed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a similar production environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good computer literacy.
• Ability to interact at all levels.
• Awareness of supply chain processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate to a high standard under all established SOP & procedures.
• Carry out all aspects of kitting according to standard operation procedure.
• Maintain all work areas in an orderly fashion as per SOP.
• Perform LAL Production activities including glassware prep, cleaning, labeling, packaging & SAP transactions.
• Label non-licensed products, final product inspection, preparation and finishing of accessory products, and general environmental upkeep.
• Prepare, maintain, and distribute appropriate documentation for all materials kitted & shipped.
• GDP compliant.
• Coordinate with Planning department & Logistics Management to ensure all work is performed as required.
• Perform all other related duties as assigned by Manager or Supervisor.
