Job summary

Kilsaran is recruiting for Operatives at our Paving Production Plant in Dunboyne, Co. Meath. The role involves working on rotating shifts (6am-6pm and 6pm-6am, four days, moving to a 3-week cycle) and supporting production with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

You will operate automated equipment, monitor processes, and help with loading, labeling and dispatch. Relevant training will be provided, and a range of benefits awaits the successful applicant.

Qualifications

• Production and automated equipment experience is desirable.
• Mobile plant qualification experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in Health & Safety and follow company policies and rules.
• Adhere to quality control standards and ensure outputs meet quality.
• Operate automated production plant.
• Monitor and control elements of the production process.
• General cleaning and housekeeping.
• Operate forklift and grab trucks (training provided).
• Ensure products are labelled correctly.
• Load product into stock bays and customer orders onto trucks.

Paving Production Plant, Dunboyne, Co. Meath

An exciting opportunity to join Ireland's leading independent manufacturer of concrete and bituminous construction materials. We are currently looking for Operatives for our Paving Production Plant in Piercetown, Dunboyne, Co. Meath. Shift work is involved on a rotating basis - the current shift rotation is 6 am to 6 pm & 6 pm to 6 am (4 days), but this will be moving to a 3-week rotation of 6 am to 2 pm, 2 pm to 10 pm & 10 pm to 6 am (5 days).

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a lead by example approach to all aspects of Health & Safety. This includes being fully compliant with Company Health & Safety policies, procedures, systems, and rules. Report all hazards and incidents and ensure that you work safely at all times.
• Adhere to quality control standards and ensure production outputs meet quality standards.
• Operation of automated production plant.
• Monitor and control elements of the production process.
• General cleaning/housekeeping
• Operation of forklift and Grab trucks (training will be provided).
• Ensure products are labelled correctly.
• Load product into stock bays.
• Load customer orders into picking location/onto trucks.
• Responsibilities are not limited to those outlined above. You will be expected to carry out other reasonable duties from time to time, as requested by management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Production and automated equipment experience is desirable.
• Mobile plant qualification experience is desirable.
