Job summary

The role focuses on first right principles and clear communication of any issues within operations concerning product safety. Key responsibilities include attending shifts on time, following the production plan, adhering to SOPs and policies, and participating in training and toolbox talks while maintaining a positive, team-oriented attitude

Responsibilities

• Attend shift on time and regularly adding value as part of the team
• Operating to your managers instructions adhering to the daily production plan
• Adherence to all production SOP’s, policies and procedures ensuring the product and customer comes first
• Cooperating during all training focusing on learning new skills and tasks
• Cooperating with all toolbox talks signing to confirm attendance of same
• Presenting a positive work attitude respecting those you work with
• Compliance to all Food safety rules at all times
• Adherence to the PPE Policy
• Compliance with all Food safety policies, procedures, SOP’s and safety controls
• Adhere to all health and safety policies, practices and instructions
