Job summary

Innalabs in Ireland is seeking an Assembly/Manufacturing Operative to join our team. You will learn new tasks within a Training regime, assemble to specifications with small parts, and ensure quality data is recorded accurately using SAP and related systems.

Role requires adherence to ISO, ESD and Cleanroom protocols, plus Lean culture. You’ll work in a clean room, manage local inventory, and support production with flexible redeployments and occasional overtime as needed.

Qualifications

  • Some previous experience in manufacturing operation is an advantage.
  • Ability to demonstrate a high degree of manual dexterity.
  • A self-starter who can manage workloads with minimum supervision.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with others and establish good relationships with co-workers.
  • The ability to support the team’s goals by willingly taking on new assignments and helping solve problems associated with changes required.
  • Ability to communicate, including reading and writing, effectively through the English language.
  • Basic PC skills.
  • Demonstrate ability to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Perform duties in compliance with policies and procedures and participate in reviews and implementations of changes.

  • Adhere to Lean culture and support Lean initiatives within the department.
  • Comply with company policies including housekeeping, environmental, health & safety, and time & attendance.
  • Work within a clean room environment.
  • Manage inventory control within the work area.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to support production, including space, with overtime when required.

Key responsibilities of the role
  • Competent in the ability to learn new tasks within a reasonable timeframe. Participate in organized programmes through the Training regime.
  • Assemble to specifications particularly with small parts to be handled with care.
  • Become competent in the use of quality and material systems to ensure that all quality data in relation to movement, failure, non-conformance of product and inventory accuracy is timely and accurately recorded/maintained.
  • Perform duties in compliance with, and actively participate in the review and implementation of, all relevant policies and procedures.

i.e. ISO, ESD, Cleanroom protocols, SAP, etc.

  • Adhere to a Lean Culture within the Department and ensure all Lean initiatives are supported as required.
  • Comply with all Company policies including Housekeeping, Environmental, Health & Safety, Time & Attendance and proper on-the-job conduct.
  • Ability to work within a clean room environment.
  • Manage inventory control within the work area.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to support production, including Space, through reasonable redeployment throughout the manufacturing department, including a reasonable level of overtime when required.
