Job summary

Vertiv in Burnfoot, Ireland, is recruiting Production Operators for the Switchgear and Sheet Metal departments. You will join a skilled production team delivering high-quality engineered products in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to Production Management, you will follow instructions, operate equipment, and help meet deadlines while maintaining safety standards and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and work to operating procedures.
• Good attention to detail with a strong quality focus.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• A reliable, safety-conscious approach to work.
• Basic mechanical aptitude or experience with electromechanical systems.
• Previous shift work experience.
• Flexible and willing to work rotational shift patterns including Morning, Afternoon, and Night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Carry out assembly and general production duties
• Follow written and verbal work instructions
• Maintain quality, productivity, and safety standards
• Operate production equipment and machinery where required
• Work closely with Supervisors, Managers, and Engineering teams to meet production deadlines
• Complete production documentation accurately
• Support team members and contribute to a positive working environment

We are currently recruiting Production Operators for various departments including Switchgear and Sheet Metal Department in our Burnfoot site. These are excellent opportunities for motivated individuals looking to build a long-term career within a fast-paced engineering environment.

About The Role

Reporting to Production Management, successful candidates will be involved in a range of manufacturing and assembly duties, helping to deliver high-quality engineered products while working as part of a skilled and supportive production team.

Key Responsibilities
