Job summary

ABP Food Group in Ireland is seeking Production Operatives to join our growing production teams within our Abattoir, Loading Bay, Coldstore and Boning Hall. Skilled or unskilled, this is an excellent opportunity to develop and learn new skills within a great working environment.

You will receive in house training. As part of the production team you may be required to work on your own initiative and as part of a team, perform lifting, pack orders, use knives and saws, oversee automated processing

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail.
• Drive, confidence and resilience to get things done.
• Problem solving skills and new ideas.
• Experience in forklift driving would be beneficial but not a requirement

Responsibilities

• Work on own initiative and as part of a team.
• Physical role with lifting and carrying techniques.
• Pack orders within our packing hall.
• Using tools such as knives and saws.
• Overseeing automated processing equipment.
• Working on an disassembly line.
