You will oversee safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while delivering on production plans and KPIs. A strong track record in food manufacturing and people leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Production Manager or similar manufacturing leadership role.
• Experience within food, beverage, nutrition, or FMCG manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and people management skills; able to drive change.

Responsibilities

• Develop, motivate, and coach production teams to achieve operational and performance targets.
• Ensure production schedules are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time while monitoring productivity and key operational KPIs.
• Maintain the highest standards of food safety, product quality, health & safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and New Product Development teams to optimise performance and support new product launches.
