Qualifications

• 7+ years of communications experience, including employee communications.
• BS/BA in communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field.
• Experience in communications planning, project management, and event coordination.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to prioritize workload for multiple stakeholders and navigate ambiguity.
• Cultural fluency; a collaborative, inclusive mindset.
• Experience with digital media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner and support the global manufacturing strategy for the Raheen site to strengthen alignment.
• Serve as the international communications lead for all-company events, ensuring a consistent employee experience.
• Serve as international content lead and liaison with colleagues across EU, UK, Japan, India and Canada.
• Support site director meetings by shaping agenda and developing content aligned with IOPS messaging.
• Manage execution of the global social impact strategy and local STEM activities.
• Manage local vendor partners supporting key communications initiatives.
• Extend enterprise communications into local international channels.
• Develop and maintain International Communications Best Practices Playbooks.
