Job summary

Kildare Village, part of The Bicester Collection, is seeking a Product Merchandising Manager to drive brand performance across our luxury retailers. Based on site, you will manage stock, range planning and identify new brand opportunities to boost sales, guest demand, and UPT.

This role suits someone currently in junior/assistant buyer roles seeking broader responsibility, with strong commercial acumen and deep knowledge of local and international fashion brands.

• Proven track record in retail/luxury retail performance.
• Strong understanding of local and international fashion brands and trends.
• Excellent commercial acumen and sense for guest demand.

The Merchant team is currently hiring a Product Merchandising Manager

This is an ideal role for someone currently working as a Junior Assistant Buyer or Assistant Buyer in fashion retail looking to take on a bigger challenge with a broad range of brands.

The role

The Product Merchandising Manager is key to the successful development of brand performance in Kildare Village. Through effective relationship building and understanding of product challenges in retail brands, this role will significantly contribute to increasing sales, SPY and UPT.

Location

Kildare Village (Role is required to be office based 3 – 4 days per week)

What you'll be doing

A few of the key responsibilities in this role:

• Lead stock‑on‑hand, delivery newness, and OOS/replenishment reporting for the Top 30 brands, defining replenishment parameters and forecasting risk ahead of peak trading periods


• Lead range planning, tracking performance by tier and segment and flagging where range does not match guest demand


• Lead identification and business casing of new brand opportunities, building the market intelligence to support acquisition decisions with the Commercialisation team


• Shape the Kildare Village product proposition, newness, range and assortment opportunities, guest and product trend analysis, and translate this into actionable growth initiatives
