We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our product team and play a key role in shaping and delivering products that create meaningful value for customers while driving business growth. The Product Manager will be responsible for contributing to the product vision, strategy, and roadmaps, working cross‑functionally to bring solutions to market, and ensuring products meet customer needs and business objectives. This role is accountable for product outcomes, including customer adoption, user satisfaction, and engagement with a strong focus on delivering measurable results. This role is ideally suited to someone who thrives in complex, highly regulated environments where legislation, policy, and operational processes must be translated into intuitive, efficient digital products and workflows. The successful candidate will lead customer discovery, user research, and market analysis activities to identify unmet needs, validate opportunities, and inform product strategy. They will be adept at synthesising customer insights, industry trends, regulatory developments, and operational requirements into clear product direction, balancing compliance, usability, and business objectives. Working closely with customers, subject matter experts, and cross‑functional teams, they will transform complex challenges into impactful solutions that deliver measurable value for both customers and the organisation.
3–7+ years of experience in Product Management, or a related role, within a technology‑driven environment. Proven track record of successfully delivering products or features from concept through launch and ongoing optimization. Experience contributing to product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and prioritization based on customer needs, business objectives, and market opportunities. Demonstrated ability to translate customer and business requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating closely with engineering, design, and delivery teams. Strong understanding of product discovery, customer research, user testing, and data‑driven decision‑making. Experience using product analytics and performance metrics to measure success and inform product improvements. Proven ability to manage stakeholders across multiple business functions and influence decision‑making at various organisational levels. Strong commercial awareness with experience balancing customer value, technical feasibility, and business outcomes. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences. Experience managing competing priorities and making informed trade‑off decisions in a fast‑paced environment. Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Experience working in SaaS, fintech, healthcare, cybersecurity, or other regulated industries. Experience launching B2B and/or B2C digital products. Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Productboard, Aha!, or similar. Experience working with cloud‑based technologies, APIs, integrations, and modern software development practices.
