• Typically minimum 4+ years relevant experience.
• Experience in similar business product services and/or external customer/market experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage product launch strategies in accordance to the project playbook and primary measure(s).
• Serve as an active member of assigned Product Release Teams.
• Understand the scope and operational and systems requirements of cross-functional teams for launch.
• Work with operations leadership to identify project requirements, recommend strategies, processes and solutions for operational impacts.
• Create operational process and workflow documentation.
• Work with sales leadership to create or facilitate needed materials for sales readiness.
