Job summary

Bloomberg Dublin is seeking a Product Manager for Data License+ (DL+), a role at the intersection of clients, data and technology. You will work with Engineering, Sales, Operations and clients to translate market needs into a clear product strategy and roadmap, owning a defined area of the platform.

The ideal candidate blends product management experience with enterprise data awareness, and will navigate client discovery, data discussions and execution to deliver measurable value for Bloomberg

Qualifications

• Product Management or business experience in financial services or enterprise data.
• Experience owning outcomes, including defining objectives and key results.
• Strong analytical skills and evidence-based decision making.
• Experience partnering with Engineering and technical teams.
• Technical fluency to discuss data and platform topics (SQL, Python, APIs, cloud).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, outcomes and priorities for a defined area of DL+, with clear accountability for the what and why
• Develop deep understanding of client workflows, market dynamics and competitive trends to identify high-value problems
• Understand the DL+ platform and how content and capabilities affect the model and client experience
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle: discovery, design, refinement, execution, GTM, viability
• Partner with Engineering to translate outcomes into feasible solutions and delivery plans
• Work with Commercial, Product Specialists and Operations for launches and adoption
• Leverage adoption metrics and client feedback to inform future priorities
• Build channels to share strategy, decisions, risks with senior stakeholders
• Improve product management practices and foster delivery-focused culture
