Job summary

Bloomberg L.P. is seeking a Product Specialist for Data License Plus (DL+) in the EMEA region, based in Dublin.

You will partner with Bloomberg’s Sales team to understand client architectures, workflows and business objectives, translating needs into compelling DL+ solutions and guiding demonstrations, workshops and architecture discussions. You will interact across Clients, Sales and Product to connect modern data technology with business value, and collaborate with Engineering, Data and Client

Qualifications

• Experience in a client-facing technical pre-sales, product or solutions role within financial services.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture, APIs, cloud platforms and data integration.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, APIs or similar technologies.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into solutions and business value.
• Strong presentation, demonstration and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales on complex DL+ opportunities across EMEA and lead technical discovery.
• Translate client requirements into credible DL+ solutions and demonstrate Bloomberg capabilities.
• Deliver demonstrations, workshops and architecture discussions with clients.
• Support evaluations and proofs of concept and advise on APIs, bulk delivery and cloud-native distribution.
• Identify opportunities to modernise existing Bloomberg data workflows and product approaches.
