Job summary

Bloomberg seeks a Senior Platform Engineer for Data License Plus in Dublin. You will own the DL+ infrastructure platforms, Kubernetes operations, and self-service tooling, enabling rapid deployment with secure, auditable pipelines across on-prem and cloud integrations.

You will implement security controls, observability, and scalable networking while collaborating with engineering teams to ship platform services efficiently and safely.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, Go or Bash).

Responsibilities

• Operate and harden the Kubernetes estate across on-premise and hybrid environments.
• Own CI/CD and deployment platform layer (Jenkins, Artifactory, ArgoCD) to keep pipelines reliable and extensible.
