Brown Thomas Arnotts is seeking a motivated Junior Product Content Coordinator to join the Enrichment Team in the Digital Department on a maternity cover contract. You will acquire, track, and upload online product content, ensuring timely publication across Brown Thomas and Arnotts websites.

The role requires strong attention to detail and collaboration with supplier brands and internal teams. The successful candidate will be highly organised, capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in content.
• Collaborative team player with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficient in ecommerce database platforms and Microsoft Excel.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for image prep.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage tracking and upload of products through the enrichment workflow.
• Collaborate with Buying and Merchandising to monitor new products.
• Request product imagery and content from supplier brands and manage communications.
• Upload, process and QA product imagery and copy to meet standards.
• Process imagery using Adobe Photoshop before uploading to the product database.
• Assign products to correct categories and attributes per guidelines.
• Perform QA checks and publish products to the website with high accuracy.
• Support the upload of seasonal ranges and trading projects within deadlines.
• Assist with collection of required product legislation information.
• Complete congruency checks and reporting initiatives.
• Ensure Speed to Site targets are met and communicate progress.
• Build relationships with Photo Studio, Merchandising and Commercial teams.
