Job summary

InnaLabs is seeking a Test Technician to evaluate quality and performance of electronic products. You will test, repair, and analyze units against specifications, while supporting production timelines and Lean initiatives.

Ideal candidates have two years of hands-on testing experience, strong fault-finding skills, and a commitment to quality, with the ability to learn new tasks quickly in a manufacturing environment in Dublin, Ireland.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience as a Test Technician.
• Strong fault-finding and repair skills for electronics.
• Self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Commitment to training regimes to achieve multi-operation proficiency.
• Aim for high quality with few non-conformances annually.

Responsibilities

• Test, repair and analysis of products using defined specs and procedures.
• Assist in achieving production schedules.
• Comply with policies including ISO, ESD, Cleanroom protocols.
• Record quality data and maintain calibration of test equipment.
• Support other technicians and resolve difficult problems.
