Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services is seeking a Transformation and Procurement Programs Specialist to drive standardization, simplification and centralization of global Procurement Services. You will lead cross‑functional programs, support PMO initiatives, and enable digital tooling to improve governance and efficiency.

You will partner with business leaders to deliver digitization, automation and analytics, ensuring adoption and measurable benefits across procurement and finance operations.

Qualifications

• 3rd level qualification or equivalent.
• Experience deploying technology, integration or digital transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience supporting programs, projects and/or process improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and delivery of cross-functional procurement programs and PMO initiatives.
• Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, align priorities, and keep projects progressing.
• Conduct research and data analysis to inform sourcing and program decisions.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Track program performance, benefits, and report updates to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with procurement standards and maintain governance documentation.
• Develop and maintain project management templates, frameworks, and dashboards.
• Support system testing, data cleanup, and other ad-hoc activities.
