Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. seeks a Manager Procurement Technology & Program to lead project management and a procurement digital roadmap. You will work with cross-functional partners to design and implement solutions, manage plans and business cases, and drive data-driven improvements across global procurement.

The role reports to the Sr. Director Global Procurement Services and requires strong MS Project, Excel and PowerPoint skills, plus experience in healthcare or life sciences

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in procurement or programs.
Experience leading and coaching direct reports.
Healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industry exposure is preferred.
Certification in Project Management is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional procurement projects and initiatives.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and business cases.
Drive technology enablement and digital roadmaps for procurement.
Partner with senior leadership; provide data-driven insights.
Facilitate governance and change-management activities.
