Timoney Dynamic Solutions Limited, based in Navan, Ireland, seeks an experienced Procurement & Supply Chain Manager to lead purchasing, supplier management, and inventory control. The role ensures a resilient, cost-effective supply chain supporting engineering, production and aftermarket needs.

You will drive supplier performance, optimise working capital and manage stock levels, while negotiating agreements and implementing ERP/MRP processes.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, Operations Management or related discipline.
• Professional procurement qualification such as MCIPS/ASCM/APICS desirable.
• 5+ years in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, materials management or inventory control.
• Experience procuring engineered components, production materials, spares, MRO, tooling or services.
• Strong supplier negotiation, contracting and performance improvement skills.
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP, inventory control and data-driven procurement planning.
• Strong commercial, analytical and negotiation abilities.

Aufgaben

• Lead sourcing and procurement of production components, spares, MRO supplies and services.
• Establish structured procurement for spares and MRO; stock critical items.
• Develop stocking policies: min/max, safety stock, reorder points, long-lead planning.
• Define and implement company-wide procurement and supply-chain strategy.
• Optimize working capital while preventing stockouts and delays.
• Build a resilient supplier base for low-volume, high-value items.
• Negotiate supplier terms, pricing, service levels and lead times.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality and Production to meet specs and traceability.
• Improve ERP/MRP processes for accurate data and reporting.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive corrective actions.
