Job summary

OXBO, a well-established Irish Renewable Energy IPP, seeks a Procurement Manager to join the Dublin team and lead procurement across a 10GW+ pipeline of EPC, ICP, and construction services. You will collaborate with project teams to optimize sourcing and contracts within solar PV, BESS, and grid infrastructure.

The role offers a 15% bonus and hybrid working arrangements, with travel across the UK, Ireland and Europe as needed.

Qualifications

2+ years procurement, supply chain or commercial experience within renewable energy
Experience procuring construction services and/or major equipment for utility-scale solar PV, BESS or grid infra
Strong experience managing competitive tenders and negotiating EPC/ICP/contract terms
Understanding of renewable energy contracts and commercial risk
Stakeholder management and senior stakeholder engagement

Responsibilities

Lead procurement planning and contracting strategies across assigned projects
Manage end-to-end tender processes from market engagement through evaluation and negotiation
Develop supply chain strategies and sourcing options for modules, inverters, BESS, transformers and major equipment
Monitor supplier capability, lead times, pricing, and supply chain risks
Build strategic relationships with contractors, suppliers and manufacturers
Provide procurement input into business cases and financial models
Produce procurement reports, market updates and tender recommendations
