Archer in Ireland seeks a Procurement & Commercial Specialist to support a major national fibre infrastructure programme. The role offers a long-term contract with strong extension potential and a hybrid work pattern (2 days on-site).

You will lead sourcing strategies, manage RFQs/RFPs, and negotiate terms to deliver best value across fibre and specialist services, collaborating with Project, Engineering and Commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Proven procurement experience, ideally in a project-driven environment.
• Experience managing tenders through evaluation, negotiation and supplier awards.
• Commercial confidence in assessing proposals and identifying value opportunities.

You’ll join a major fibre infrastructure programme, supporting the delivery of critical connectivity infrastructure. Covering areas such as fibre deployment, civil works, duct access and specialist services, the role offers a varied mix of sourcing challenges, supplier markets and commercial negotiations.

Working closely with Project, Engineering and Commercial teams, you’ll shape sourcing strategies, challenge requirements and evaluate competing proposals.
