This Weekend Shift Technician role offers the opportunity to support advanced manufacturing lines, combining your technical skills with impactful contributions to life-saving medical devices.
Equipment Support: Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues, perform preventative maintenance, and escalating complex problems to Engineering or Maintenance teams when necessary.
Yield Management: Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers to investigate and resolve scrap and yield issues related to equipment and processes.
Team Collaboration: Work as part of a close-knit team of approximately six Technicians and Production Core Teams across 3–4 key processes.
System Utilisation: Record maintenance activities in internal systems, use PowerPoint for yield updates, and manage handovers via Teams and Excel.
Database Interaction: Utilise SQL databases (training provided) to interact with equipment data and optimise performance.
Commitment to Safety and Quality: Execute all tasks with the highest regard for safety standards and quality protocols.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with electrical or mechanical troubleshooting is highly advantageous.
A team player with effective communication skills.
Comfortable with learning new systems and tools; SQL training will be provided.

This role is ideal for individuals with a background in technical troubleshooting, maintenance, or manufacturing support. Prior experience in medical device manufacturing is beneficial but not essential.
