Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues; perform preventive maintenance and escalate complex problems.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers to investigate and resolve scrap and yield issues.
• Work as part of a team of Technicians and Production Core Teams across processes.
• Record maintenance activities in internal systems and use PowerPoint for yield updates; manage handovers via Teams and Excel.
• Interact with equipment data using SQL databases (training provided).
• Commit to safety and quality standards in all tasks.

Process Technician (Nights Role) – Galway, Ireland

Key Responsibilities

• Equipment Support: Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues, perform preventative maintenance, and escalate complex problems to Engineering or Maintenance teams when necessary.
• Yield Management: Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers to investigate and resolve scrap and yield issues related to equipment and processes.
• Team Collaboration: Work as part of a close-knit team of approximately six Technicians and Production Core Teams across 3–4 key processes.
• System Utilisation: Record maintenance activities in internal systems, use PowerPoint for yield updates, and manage handovers via Teams and Excel.
• Database Interaction: Utilise SQL databases (training provided) to interact with equipment data and optimise performance.
• Commitment to Safety and Quality: Execute all tasks with the highest regard for safety standards and quality protocols.
