Job summary

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot equipment issues, perform preventative maintenance, escalate complex problems to Engineering or Maintenance teams.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers to investigate and resolve scrap and yield issues related to equipment and processes.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Work as part of a close-knit team of six Technicians and Production Core Teams across 3–4 key processes.
• Knowledge of pneumatics.
• Record maintenance activities in internal systems, use PowerPoint for yield updates, and manage handovers via Teams and Excel.
• Utilise SQL databases (training provided) to interact with equipment data and optimise performance.
• Commit to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Equipment Support: Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues, perform preventative maintenance, and escalat**e** complex problems to Engineering or Maintenance teams when necessary.
• Yield Management: Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers to investigate and resolve scrap and yield issues related to equipment and processes.
• Process Improvement: Experience with Process Improvement.Team Collaboration: Work as part of a close‑knit team of approximately six Technicians and Production Core Teams across 3–4 key processes.
