Job summary

LotusWorks is seeking a Process Technician to set up, maintain and troubleshoot machinery to ensure device quality and compliance. The role will involve day and evening shifts across the site in Limerick, Ireland.

You will monitor equipment, perform routine maintenance, collect data, and support EHS requirements while continually improving processes. Strong English communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 6 qualification in Manufacturing Technology, Mechanical/Automation Engineering, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or qualified trade person.
• 2+ years of experience in a GMP/ regulated environment.
• Proof of education, licenses, and certifications will be required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring & operating equipment in the production process to ensure correct and efficient function.
• Troubleshooting & maintenance; identify and resolve issues; perform routine maintenance and assist with repairs.
• Quality control: inspect products and processes to meet onsite quality requirements.
• Data collection & reporting; maintain logs & documentation for compliance & analysis.
• EHS compliance; follow safety protocols and regulatory standards onsite.
• Training & development; stay up to date with onsite training and support onboarding/cross training.
• Any other duties or responsibilities assigned to you in your role.

The primary function of a process Technician is machine set up, machine maintenance & machine trouble shooting for the purpose of maintaining device quality and compliance, increasing process output, as well as reducing costs. This role will be a mixture of Days and Evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring & operating equipment used in the production process to ensure they are functioning correctly & efficiently
• Trouble shooting & maintenance, identify and resolve issues with equipment or process perform routine maintenance and assist with repairs when needed
• Quality control, inspect products & process to ensure it meets onsite quality requirements
• Data collection & reporting, maintain accurate logs & documentation for compliance & analysis
• EHS compliance, follow all safety protocols onsite and ensure equipment is operated safely. Comply with all site EHS & regulatory standards
• Training & development, stay up to date with all onsite training requirements & support onboarding/ cross training of new team members
• Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your role
