Job summary
LotusWorks is seeking a Calibration Technician to join our site team in Ireland. You will perform planned and unplanned calibration activities on IMTE, process instrumentation, and gauging equipment, ensuring safe operation, compliance with site quality requirements, and accurate calibration records.

Qualifications
- Practical calibration/metrology experience in an engineering environment.
- Strong knowledge of process instrumentation and calibration principles.
- Experience calibrating pressure, temperature, pH, conductivity, and related instrumentation.
- Exposure to gauging equipment and dimensional measurement techniques is desirable.
- Ability to interpret EWIs and calibration documentation.
- Commitment to accurate records and data integrity.
Responsibilities
- Complete assigned calibration activities per schedule and escalate risks.
- Perform process calibrations on pressure transmitters, transducers, ovens, temperature controllers, pH, conductivity, cleanrooms and related equipment.
- Support gauging calibrations including calipers, micrometers, gauges and CMM calibrations.
- Execute planned and reactive calibrations safely, timely, and in compliance, minimizing production disruption.
- Escalate calibration failures, technical issues and risks to equipment availability.
