Job summary

Stryker Anngrove in Ireland is seeking a 23-month FTC role to execute process development elements focused on manufacturing, metallurgy systems, and technical documentation to define new manufacturing processes. You will support R&D & NPI teams with lab and prototyping support.

The role involves providing technical support for new process introductions, ensuring quality, cooperating with Project Engineers on manufacturing/inspection processes, and performing validations, equipment installation,

Qualifications

Experience in production with parts from engineering drawings and 3D CAD, maintaining tolerances.
Proficient in programming, setting and operating machine tools.
Excellent communication and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for new process introductions, ensuring all activities are documented per procedures.
Ensure process and product quality per operation and material specifications.
Support Engineers on development of manufacturing/inspection processes and on DOE/DFM activities.
Manage development, definition and execution of process-related activities and qualifications.
Execute equipment installation and related validation activities.
Assist with installation and validation of new equipment in process development.
Develop and implement best practices for laboratory activities.
Create and maintain SOPs, maintenance procedures and Health & Safety procedures.
Support 3D-Printing prototyping; CAD prep, STL conversion, printer setup, post-processing and inspection.
Collaborate with Quality to ensure validation docs in regulated environment are accurate and timely.
Participate in PFMEA, Control Plan, SOP and PPAP for transfers and launches.
Adhere to GMP and safety procedures.
