• Experience in supervisory or managerial roles in Food & Beverage.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and passion for guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of private dining rooms, ensuring five-star service.
• Lead and train the Private Dining team; manage briefings and scheduling.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and performance reviews for the team.
• Ensure health, safety and hygiene standards are met across events.
• Assist in budgeting, cost control and up-selling of F&B services.
