Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Manager to join the Private Credit Fund team and lead end-to-end fund administration in Geneva. You will combine deep accounting knowledge with hands-on system expertise to deliver accurate NAVs, investor reporting and financial statements for top-tier funds.

You will oversee a team of fund accountants, partner with technology and data teams on system enhancements, and mentor staff while maintaining strong client relationships across multiple markets, including the

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of the Geneva Accounting Platform and direct experience with Geneva for Private Credit funds.
• Bachelor degree in business, accounting, finance or related discipline.
• Analytical skills related to fund accounting and asset management.
• Effective leadership, project management and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end fund administration for Private Credit Funds, including direct lending and other credit strategies.
• Ensure timely delivery of NAVs, capital account statements, investor reporting and financial statements.
• Act as primary client contact, managing relationships with investment managers, investors, and auditors.
• Review complex transactions including loan funding, restructurings and fee calculations.
• Populate data for fund events such as launches, liquidations and pipeline monitoring.
• Lead and develop a team of fund accountants and senior accountants.
