Job summary

Davy is seeking a Private Client Adviser to join our wealth management team in Ireland. You will deliver holistic financial advice across investments, pensions, retirement and protection, building trusted relationships with a diverse client base.

The role requires strong communication, regulatory compliance and a proactive approach to business development. You will work in a hybrid model, engaging with internal and external partners to optimise client outcomes and growth opportunities, and you

Qualifications

• Degree or Masters in business, accounting, law, engineering or related discipline.
• QFA qualification is essential.
• CFP qualification preferred or commitment to CFP status.
• Additional qualifications (CFA, ACCA, CTA) are beneficial.
• Strong client focus with ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Build long-term wealth management relationships with clients.
• Provide holistic financial planning across investments, retirement and protection.
• Deliver compliant financial advice and develop tailored plans.
• Develop and maintain a strong client pipeline with referrals.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to grow business.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and risk standards.
