Job summary

Unio, Ireland’s leading wealth management and employee benefits consultancy, is seeking a Private Client Adviser to join the Dublin-based Wealth Management team. You will build trusted relationships with high-net-worth clients and provide tailored financial planning and investment advice.

Based in our Dublin office, the role offers the opportunity to work with sophisticated clients, ensure compliant guidance, and contribute to growth through business development and client engagement.

Qualifications

• QFA qualified, CFP highly desirable or progress towards CFP.
• Experience providing holistic financial planning and wealth management advice to high-net-worth individuals.
• Strong knowledge of the Irish financial services market including pensions and investments.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Commercial mindset with ability to identify opportunities and support growth.
• Strong organisational skills managing client relationships and pipelines.
• Experience with Voyant is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored financial planning and wealth management advice to high-net-worth clients.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships, understanding goals and circumstances.
• Identify opportunities across savings, pensions and investment solutions.
• Develop and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities through referrals and networking.
• Work collaboratively with internal specialists to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Provide strategic guidance to clients navigating opportunities and risks.
• Take ownership of client outcomes, resolving issues and improving processes.
• Ensure all advice complies with regulatory requirements and risk framework.
