Eli Lilly Cork seeks a Sr. Scientist/Principal Scientist to provide tactical and operational direction to expediate device-related registrations and maintenance of Lilly’s portfolio by interacting with teams, affiliates, and regulators.

The Scientist uses device knowledge, regulatory expertise to drive global product registrations. This role demands regulatory and technical device development expertise, strong writing and communication skills, and the ability to influence across geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or engineering discipline.
• 3–4 years in Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry (technical drug and/or device development).
• 2–3 years regulatory experience or equivalent knowledge.
• Strong written, spoken and presentation communication skills.
• Demonstrated negotiation and influence skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide regulatory guidance to product teams and affiliates.
• Support global registrations and device submissions.
• Lead/prep/ finalize device documents for global submissions (CTA, registrations).
• Identify and resolve device regulatory issues.
• Monitor regulatory developments and interpret impact for internal teams.
